Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item at or 403-998-8597

As a general rule, we do not accept returns but look at each case on a one-on-one basis.

If the product is damaged or broken, or if we shipped the wrong item out - we will certainly work with you.

Damaged/Broken Product

Please take photos of the packaging and shipping container as we will have to go through insurance on the parcel via Canada Post. Contact us to work through this situation together. Replacements will be sent out right away.

Shipped Wrong Item

If we have sent the wrong item - we apologize. We will ask that you return the item to us in the box it came in (we'll send you a label to affix and get it sent back to us) and we will send the correct item out right away.

Changed Your Mind

Shopping online is hard and we know sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you cancel the order before we ship it out you will get all of your money refunded or have your order changed, whatever your choice is.

If we have already shipped the item you can refuse delivery of it and it will be returned to us. Please note, you will still be charged for the shipping expense plus $2 for re-stocking and payment charges, as we do not get our shipping charges refunded to us if you cancel your order.

* You MUST contact customer support as soon as you change your mind so we can note the order and ensure all items are eligible for return. If you simply refuse the item without contacting us, we can not guarantee full refund since some products may not be eligible for return.

Items We Can Not Accept as Returned

Because we deal with a lot of open products, such as bar soaps and cosmetics, there are some items we don't accept back. This is to protect our customers. Putting it in perspective, would you want us to delivery to you a shampoo or body deodorant that had previously been in someone else's home for a period of time?

Any item that is able to be tampered with, we will not accept back. Those that we do accept back, we will inspect upon arrival to ensure security seals have not been tampered with. If they have been tampered with, you will not be refunded on that item or item(s).

Natural e GREEN is a small store by most standards and I am the sole owner and employee for the business. I started Natural e GREEN to help people and make them happy, so believe me when I say I do not want you to be unhappy with your purchase!

This refund policy may sound rigid and unyielding but it is there to protect all of my customers. As mentioned earlier, I will manage each case on a one-on-one basis. To date, in the two and a half years Natural e GREEN has been open, I have only had 1 return and it was a product that spilled due to a faulty lid and mishandling by the post!

Having the return policy typed out is a formality but please remember, I am here to work with you and find the best solution we can!  Thanks!
