Using Organic Coconut Oil
You can take 1-2 Tbsp of Coconut oil a day. Some people eat it the way it is, others prefer to melt it into an oil first and then add to juices, yogurt, cereal, smoothie drinks etc.
To melt coconut oil, scrape out some oil and place in a small glass bowl. Put that bowl inside a larger bowl filled with warm water. The oil will melt quickly. Do not mircrowave.
