To bring you this extensive line of organic clothing, Natural e GREEN has partnered up with Green Bud Baby and all items will ship direct from Green Bud Baby in Ontario. All Returns will go directly through Green Bud Baby.

Return Policy

Green Bud Baby strives to exceed your expectations.  If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply return it within 7 days after your receipt of the item.  Here is how:

1.  Ensure the item to be returned is unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
   
2.  Call us at 1-866-833-6107 to consult.
3. Return the item in original packaging to us at: 2 Robert Speck Parkway Suite 700, Mississauga, ON L4Z 1H8, Canada.  

Green Bud Baby will not accept any COD(Collect on Delivery) shipping of returns.

Please note: The refund amount is the product price plus applicable taxes. The original shipping fees will not be refunded if you paid the original shipping fees. The original shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount if GBB paid for the original shipping fees.  The refund will be made to your credit card after we receive the item.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in its original condition.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are paid to Natural e GREEN when you order, unless order qualifies for FREE shipping. So even if you order some items from Green Bud Baby and others from the Natural e GREEN store, you are only charged the one low-rate for shipping, no matter how many shipments are needed to get you your products.

Please ensure you buy the correct sizes and review your order before processing, to avoid having to do any returns. Your satisfaction is always high on our priorities so feel free to contact Natural e GREEN with any problems or questions!
