How do I use SOS HistaDrops?

Dilute drops in a small amount of water or juice, and sip slowly. Alternatively, hold bottle upside down and drop directly into the mouth.

Adults & Children 13+: Take 10-15 drops as needed.

Children 6-12: Take 5-10 drops as needed.

Caution: Safety during pregnancy has not yet been established.

• Extract of Nettle (stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) and/or dwarf nettle (Urtica urens)) has been used for many centuries in folk medicine to support clear eyes and noses. Modern research has recently supported its traditional use.
