How to get free shipping?Once you checkout, you will see your shipping options. If your order qualified for free shipping, there will be a shipping options titled " FREE SHIPPING". Choose that option and you're good to go! Please Note: - Your order total must be $200 before taxes
- If you use a coupon it will lower your order total and make you ineligible for free shipping
- Kara Nessian gift baskets do not qualify for free shipping. We order those direct from the manufacturer for you so we can't offer free shipping.

 qualify for free shipping - All orders that ship for free ship via Canada Post expedited service. If you need your order quickly (within 1-3 business days depending on location) please choose Express Post (you will have to pay for that service.)

We don't offer it yet but plan on offering larger items such as mattresses (eco-friendly, non-toxic). If the item you order is considered 'over-sized' we will contact you if extra shipping charges will apply. If you have any questions at all, feel free to contact us! Being online, we are glued to the computer and it is the best way to reach us info@naturalegreen.ca. Airdrie Alberta (Local pickup/drop off) FREE!If you live in Airdrie Alberta, you are in luck! We offer a FREE home delivery service. Once you order we will contact you and determine the best time to drop off your order. We can leave the order in a designated place for you, though we prefer to deliver to a person to ensure the order is safe! If you do wish for us to leave the order somewhere (ie. on doorstep, in milk drop off on side of house) etc. please indicate in order notes. Once we drop off as per your instructions, we can not guarantee safety of order and are not responsible for the order after it's been delivered. We are very flexible and can drop off during the daytime and evenings. We have limited week-end availability for dropping off orders. When ordering, choose "Airdrie Local/Delivery Pickup" for your shipping option and you are good to go! Specialty Baskets and Extra Charges* Note - Kara Nessian Gift Baskets take longer to ship and cost a little more to ship due to their size. They also come in from the USA. If any basket from Kara Nessian comes to you with duties owing, please contact us for a refund on the customes/duties. We can not pay for customs when bringing products into the USA but we will certainly cover any duties if you are in Canada and order a Kara Nessian basket from the USA. Save your duty form as we will need a photocopy/fax/email scan of it to process your refund!
Shipping Times
Our orders, on average, ship within 24 to 48 business hours. It is from this time you can start calculating your ship days. So if you order on Monday, your order should ship Wednesday and if you choose Express service it should be there by Friday or Monday of the next week
Sometimes, when orders come in just as we are processing a batch, we can get your order processed & shipped right away, but usually it is a business day or two before it's ready to go out.
If you are needing something really quickly, it's best to contact us or put a question on the order notes so we can reach you and let you know if the item can be expected by the time you want it.
Shipping Locations
Most of our 750 products are stocked in-house. However, there are times when something may be backordered and just not in stock with us (Not the first time I've dropped a glass jar of an item where only one was left!). In the event there is a back-order, we will contact you asap to see if you'd like to wait, substitute or cancel. Occasionally we are able to get that item shipped direct from the manufacturer to you, so don't be surprised if you item shows up separately from the others! We again would contact you so you could know when to expect it!
On the note of getting items separately, we do some drop shipping for some items. Mainly the clothing and bath towel/bed sheet side of the store. It was not financially feasible for us to stock all those items in our limited space so what we did was partner up with some other companies who have agreed to ship direct to you.
Your order notes will indicate the item(s) being shipped separately. All items are shipped quickly and should reach you within 5 business days (if not sooner). The pro's about this is you only pay one shipping fee for access to over 750 products, even if they ship from different locations!
If you choose Express Service the items we have in stock will ship Express. If you order any items that are shipped from other warehouses, they will be shipped quickly too but can not be guaranteed to be there in 2 days. Items shipping from different warehouses indicate they ship from different warehouses in the product details.
If you have any questions anytime about shipping please contact us. We do our best to get your items out to you as quickly as possible and want to avoid any disappointment. If you need something within a day or ordering, it's likely that won't happen but it's best to contact us and we'll see what we can do!
