INGREDIENTS:Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate), coarse sea salt (sodium chloride), lemon balm herb (melissa officinalis), sweet orange (citrus sinensis), and petitgrain (citrus aurantium) essential oils.

FRAGRANCE: Essential Oils

Pour ½ cup of salts into bath and swirl water until salts are dissolved. Drink plenty of water before and during a bath to cleanse the skin and maintain hydration of the body. External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Use with caution if suffering from high blood pressure, heart or kidney conditions. Use hot water bath treatments with caution. Use with caution during pregnancy.
