Please provide us with the invoice number, item name, size and colour. In case of an exchange, please indicate which item you wish to exchange for. Please contact Natural e GREEN (403-980-6346) to begin the exchange/return process.  After receiving your request, we will contact you with the shipping and packaging directions.

 Please note that:

• All garments must be unworn & unwashed with the tags in place, in resellable condition.

• Clearance items are final sales, no returns or exchanges.
