Cold Busting Smoothie (using Nature's Paradise Vitamin Supplements in bold)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 packet Solstic Nutrition (Vitamin & mineral supplement in tasty fruit punch drink mix)breakfast healthy smoothie recipe
  • 3-6 opened capsules of Rosehips (Excellent immune support and nutrition in a whole food source)
  • 3-6 open capsules of Acidophilus-Bifidobateruim (Key immune and gut health supplement)
  • 1 or 2 peeled oranges (best are Mandarin or Clementine)
  • 1/3 cup Greek yougurt (or other non-dairy alternative)

Freeze the oranges ahead of time, or if you are using fresh orange, add some ice cubes to make drink colder and firmer. Blend on high and provide high nutrition to keep colds away or drink when your body needs an extra immune boost! Makes a tasty treat too!
