Directions Magazine Dedicated to parents who have children with special needs, Tamara was contacted by the editor and wrote an article on ADHD for their premier edition. The magazine is printed bi-monthly in the South Florida area and distributed to medical offices throughout the area.	Mummiez & Daddiez Magazine Contacted in 2011, Tamara was asked for permission to re-publish one of her articles for this new and upcoming magazine.	Author of over 500 articles In 2011 Tamara also started her writing career and has published over 500 health & wellness related articles on sites such as Suite 101 and Livestrong.
