Bummis Super Bright Diaper Covers
An extra trim and lightweight diaper cover with a wipe clean interior and gussets!
The SUPER BRITE was designed to ensure a perfectly diapered
fit – especially for those long, skinny hard-to-fit babies that need a
little extra protection around the leg. This gusseted cover closes all
the gaps, and you will find the fit of this cloth diaper cover like no
other! Our gusset with lycra binding is an innovative design that wraps
softly around baby’s leg with a lot less bulk than normal gussets and no
elastic to leave marks on baby’s tender skin - only soft form-fitting
lycra. The result is a very trim, great looking cloth diaper cover.
The SUPER BRITE is designed to function well with any type of FLAT or
CONTOURED cloth diaper, or any type of PRE-FORMED, VELCRO OR
SNAP-CLOSING cloth diaper.
The SUPER BRITE is lightweight and waterproof. It features a single layer of polyester with a wipe-clean laminated interior.
Special features of the Super Brite:
- Very adjustable. Hook and loop closures with an innovative overlap design that ensures a custom fit on any baby.
- Super-sized fold-back wash tabs to protect your laundry from rogue velcro attacks.
- A specialized binding system combining soft, smooth polyester knit
bindings with our signature lycra gussets for a comfortable, stretchy
fit, and leakproof seal.

Sizing Chart:
Shipping: This item will ship from another warehouse direct to you (or recipient depending on your order instructions.) Using a Wrap
- Place diaper or insert inside wrap. Add a flushable Bio-Soft liner if desired.
- Secure Aplix (Velcro-style) or snap closures to ensure a snug fit around legs and tummy.
- To prevent leaks, ensure that the diaper or insert is completely tucked inside the wrap around legs and tummy.
- If using prefold inserts, do not tuck the insert into the front flap
of the wrap (applicable to Super Whisper Wrap, Super Snap, Super Brite
and Super Lite).
Changing a Wrap
- If wrap is not soiled, it may be reused. If wrap is soiled, fasten
Aplix tabs (if applicable) to the laundry tabs on the inside back of the
wrap. Put wrap in pail or hanging wet bag with soiled diapers.
- Do not soak Bummis wraps.
- Wash every 2-3 days.
Washing a Super Whisper Wrap, Super Snap, Super Brite or Super Lite
- Attach Aplix fasteners to laundry tabs.
- Wash on warm or hot with your inserts and/or diapers. Do not use a
sanitize cycle on any product with Velcro-type closures or elastics.
- Set water to highest level. Rinsing with lots of water will help to avoid build-up of detergent, bacteria and urine.
- If using Super Lites, avoid washing with anything sharp that might snag the laminate.
- Avoid bleach, brighteners and fabric softeners.
- Use very little regular detergent or a zero-residue detergent. Using
natural or oil-based soaps or too much detergent may leave a residue
that can cause inserts, diapers and wraps to retain odours and/or leak.
- Dry at regular temperature in the dryer or on a clothesline. To
prolong the life of the Super Lite wrap, opt for line drying. Sunlight
is a natural brightener and disinfectant!
Washing a Bummi Original or Whisper Pant
- Fasten Aplix tabs (applicable to Bummi Original)
- Machine or handwash lukewarm.
- Avoid bleach, brighteners and fabric softeners.
- Use very little regular detergent or a zero-residue detergent. Using
natural or oil-based soaps or too much detergent may leave a residue
that can cause inserts, diapers and wraps to retain odours and/or leak.
- Dry in the dryer on “air” setting (no heat), or hang to dry.
Why go with Organic Cotton products?
Regular cotton is treated with a variety of toxic chemicals to preserve the crops and increase their yield. The chemicals used are very toxic to the environment & wildlife, to the cotton pickers and in the end - to you as well, Most of the chemicals don't wear off the clothing and will always be present, off gassing certain chemicals such as formaldehyde (a known carcinogen.)
By choosing organic clothing, you are ensuring your body is not in contact with these harsh chemicals and you are not breathing them in all day/all night.
